What makes Radiant StarZ different from other agencies?+
Our focus on personal attention for each performer, and a fair, transparent commission structure.
Are talent responsible for their own taxes?+
Yes. Talent are independent contractors and handle their own income tax, CPP contributions and reporting. Agency payouts do not include tax withholdings, so talent are responsible for tracking income, deducting eligible business expenses and filing their taxes.
